Dr. King is the most thorough vet we’ve ever seen! We had a wonderful experience. She took lots of time explaining things to us and you can tell she loves all of her patients. We will use them again!! Also, cost was reasonable!
On Buddy’s last day I took him to Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Chattanooga. It was an unexpected and tense visit. The doctor and everyone that cared for Buddy were absolutely exceptional. So caring, so thoughtful, informative and sensitive. I could not have asked for a better experience given the most terrible circumstances. They sent me the most precious memory of Buddy today in the mail, his golden paw print. (ugly crying) I am so grateful for the care Buddy received at the end. I hope no one has to go through ... read more
Dr. Stephanie King was amazing and so comforting during our sudden and unexpected visit. They were very informative, laid out all our options and she was especially compassionate as we made our decision. I highly recommend them!
Absolutely positive experience. First time receiving service from this crew and they were phenomenal. It was not a good evening on multiple fronts but due to the friendliness of the Doc & staff it was made that much better and relaxing.
Dr. King and the entire staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We were given options of treatment & were not pressured to have tests ran that we didn’t feel necessary due to our dog’s age and medical condition. We were given an excellent discharge instruction sheet that actually covered all of the information discussed and included a very detailed plan of care which removed all the stress of caring for our dog once we got home with him.
Office is Always quick to answer any questions or concerns we have had!! Our Doberman was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to have a front leg amputated. Dr. Phillips and the staff have been great throughout her treatments and follow up visits.
My cat Molly was in distress and had one kitten born dead... I brought her here and the staff was so good to her and me. After realizing her labor had stopped, the veterinarian told me to take her home and put her in a quiet place.... she has delivered 3 live babies and is fixing to deliver the 4th. Thank you for being so good to Molly and me.
They are absolutely wonderful! Very informative and professional.
