When my cat was sick on a Saturday afternoon, they were there only place that was open, and thank goodness! They were incredibly sweet, were so nice to my cat, and made me feel totally confident that he would be okay. It was expensive, but completely worth it to have my lil guy okay. No one wants to have to take their pet to an emergency vet, but if you do, this is an excellent place. Highly highly recommend!
Even as hard/ painful as that day was for me, the entire staff was supportive and caring to help me make the right (not selfish) decision for my 4-legged 12 1/2 year old baby, "Leo".
The staff was very attentive and seemed very experienced, but the rates were EXTREMELY HIGH and proved that your business plan's first goal is to take advantage of pet owners who are in a situation of dire need. Most of the general public cannot afford the rates you charge for an animal that needs to stay for a couple of days, and are therefore forced to euthanize their beloved pet, which is what we had to do. Although having to use an emergency after hours facility, in itself, is not a pleasant experience, these guys and girls were great. Unfortunately our baby didn't make it (he passed on the way to the facility). The girl I talked to (twice) on the phone was sweet, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and genuine. Someone was ready at the front door when we arrived and asked if we needed help getting our baby in. The staff members were helpful. We would recommend the facility.
Our rescue group obtained a dog from the shelter who had been hit by a car and she had double broken hips and required orthopedic surgery. We had a great experience here and they took great care of Jolene for us! Thank you!
I can not express how great this specialty center was to our cocker spaniel Mettie Ann during her surgery .. She needed surgery to repair her leg and they went over and beyond any vet office or hospital we have used. Dr Rudd was great with his consultation and after surgery explaining what had been done ..The care afterwards was awesome as she stayed the night and I was able to call and get updates on her from her tech taking care of her ..
