the staff at Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Chattanooga is the best. I had to take my Arwen in there for emergency services. Sadly we put her too sleep due to injuries and other underlying conditions. The offered several services, which I opted for the cremation and return of my friend of 16 years. I brought my dachshund, Trevor, in because of rapid onset of IVDD - he wasn't able to use his back legs and was on the verge of paralysis. Dr. Rudd performed surgery and Trevor is doing great. Everyone was very attentive and caring. Would highly recommend.
Visiting Chattanooga when our old dog had an eye issue. The staff was excellent and caring and Dr. Domracki (sic?) did a terrific job of taking care of our dog. Highly recommend the AESC to anyone living in or travelling through.
We LOVE the staff and doctors here; especially Jessica, Dr. Rudd, and Ashely! Thor had his first surgery yesterday and everything went wonderful! They called me before and after to keep me updated and didn't get annoyed with all my anxious "mother" calls to check on him. They make the experience very personable and put my mind at ease. My little Thor is family to me and they treated him that way. Thankful to have such a great office so close to home !! I recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty/emergency office.
They were gentle and caring for the pet and his human.
Emergency weekend service was prompt as was the follow-up regular service. My cat was made well virtually overnight
