After 3 hours at the River without being seen, I called to check the wait time here, a very polite and wonderful voice said there is no wait time, we headed there and what a wonderful experience, beautiful facility, caring staff, and made my fur baby feel better, I highly recommend this Hospital!
These guys are fantastic! We brought our Great Dane in at 3am in the morning & they treated him & us like family! So glad to have them right down the street for my Danes ER care! Highly recommend!!
Glad you are giving Rivermont, some compitation. Chattanooga needs an affordable place to care for our pets. Wishing you good luck. I hope I never need you, but at least I have an option.
We've been here twice, once where our dog's injuries were serious and euthanasia was the most humane option, and again last night where another one of our pup's just needed rest and pain medication. Both times they were exceptionally compassionate, professional and loving to our animals and wonderful to work with as pet parents. Highly recommended to anyone needing after-hours pet care.
All about the money!!! Dont have it, euthanasia is the answer.
They saved my cat's life! I have a little human vacuum that had swallowed some hair ties, ribbon, string, etc. She was very sick! My husband raced her in around Midnight and by 6am she had been x-rayed, diagnosed, operated on, and was in recovery. We must have called a dozen times and they were patient and understanding every single time. Compassion and top of the line care! I hope we never need them again, but let me tell you, I wouldn't hesitate to go there again if my pets were in trouble! I'm forever grateful!
