RecommendedVery impressed with the care my dog, Newton, received at Animal Clinic East! The staff and Dr Scoma were so great! They listened to our concerns, were compassionate with Newton and made him feel at ease, did a thorough exam without rushing, and showed genuine interest in Newton's well-being while being cost-effective in the process. The vets at Animal Clinic East are wonderful!! They take time with their patients and discuss among each other how to best treat a patient when something doesn't seem to add up right. They have treat my foster dogs and personal dogs with great care. Thank you!!
Dr. Pilkington is amazing, and I highly recommend him. When the Doctor comes into the exam room and the first thing he does is sit in the floor and love on your dog, you know you’ve found something special. I’ve been a customer here for several years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, grooming and boarding services are the best!

Last week, we had to have our precious kitty, Yoda, put to sleep after a short battle with skin cancer. I have never in my life been treated with such compassion and care. From the doctor to the techs, to the front desk, we were shown complete kindness. And the little added touch was the candle that was lit on the counter letting people know that a family was saying a final goodbye to their dear pet. I’ve been to a lot of veterinarian clinics, but here at Animal Clinic of Chattanooga, we have found our veterinary home.
I had to have our ferrett put to sleep and the staff and dr was amazing so gentle and kind our first time there a day we will be using them from now on... Today was so hard having to say goodbye I wasn't rushed they let me stay with her through the whole process... thank you
Enjoyed our first visit! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The vet was personable and made having a new puppy less terrifying with all the info he provided!
