Animal Clinic Downtown truly came through in an emergency for me! customer service was top notch, and employees went above and beyond to meet our needs! Due to a Covid shut down, my vet had to close, these guys pulled together to find a solution! Andrea really impressed me with her dedication to helping us out!

The downtown location on 23rd street is awesome! Mistina, Dr. Ashley, and Dr. Myers are great. They always give me and my dogs top notch service and treatment. I’m a Dog Trainer and the staff at the downtown location always treat me with professional respect and courtesy! The don’t dismiss me as and idiot that doesn’t know my way around a clinic and kennel!
ACI Downtown is such a wonderful animal hospital. Every doctor, vet tech, assistant, and front desk staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease with every visit. My border collie pup Sage never drags her feet when we go inside, or cowers when a team member comes to the car window for pick up/ drop off and actually LEAPS in excitement to see them! Dr. Ashley, Dr. Myers, and Dr. Morgan are great doctors and just overall great people. I would recommend any and all pet owners to them for any and all needs! Thank you so much... read more

If you want a vet that has snotty and rude staff, then this is the place. If you want a vet that after a pet's surgery you won't get a call checking on your pet, then this is the vet for you. If you want a vet that's all about the money, then this is the vet for you.

Animal Clinic Inc.’s veterinary care is excellent and I highly recommend them for routine veterinary care and for emergencies. However, I’m very disappointed (to say the least) in their boarding. Our cats had to be boarded long-term after we lost our home in the the April 12 tornado. We went to visit them today and two of our cats have nearly doubled their weight while at Animal Clinic East. Absolutely love the vets here! Dr Huang is so kind and takes her time at every visit. Dr McKeever is an avian guru! He’s very outgoing and a wealth of knowledge. Both have a genuine love of animals and it shows through their compassion and enthusiasm to educate. Couldn’t be happier with their groomer and staff. My dog loves his visits to the clinic-my birds aren’t as enthusiastic because they’re birds. I always know that all of our critters are in excellent hands. Highly recommend!
