I brought my dog, Penny, in for some dental work & they found during some bloodwork she was having kidney issues. Dr. DeCook updated me right away and let me know her recommended care plan. She was hospitalized for 48 hours and I was updated twice a day on how she was doing at the clinic and any additional updates regarding her care plan. I can’t thank Dr. DeCook or the staff for everything they did to help take care of Penny during her stay at Animal Clinic East. I also can’t recommend them enough.
Dr. Pilkington and the staff (hi Sydney!) saved our baby girl Annie from Parvo’s devastating effects over the weekend. They are so kind, compassionate, and go the extra mile. The facility is clean and well-staffed. The vet staff called us twice a day to give us updates and our care plan. They got her healed up and home within 48 hours. I will sing this clinic’s praises forever; this is Annie’s vet for life!! Thank you all so much!
We love every single vet here! They are all so kind and treat our 3 fur babies as their own. We will never go anywhere else for anything!

We live in an outlying area and our regular vet’s office was closed. I took my 14 year old fur baby to the clinic as a walk in and was seen in a very reasonable amount of time. Dr. Pilkington explained my baby’s condition in detail and I was very pleased with the care my baby received. I will definitely be using this clinic again and highly recommend it to others. My baby received very thorough, realistic, and compassionate care. I highly recommend this clinic.
