Dr. Dunger and her staff were absolutely amazing when we brought in our 15 year old miniature schnauzer for an emergency visit on Fathers day. They got us in immediately without having to wait and began the process of examining our dog. The visit turned into a goodbye to our baby, but the staff could not have been more compassionate or caring. They gave us all the time we needed, allowed us to hold him as he passed away, and explained everything to us so we knew what was happening. As hard as it was to say goodbye to our bab... read more

My 5 pets have been seen here for the 7 years I live in Chattanooga. This past weekend my oldest dog had trouble breathing. Dr Pilkington, I was told was not able to see Zoe til after the 4th of July. I did not feel comfortable having Zoe see one of the 13 other drs in his group since i don’t know or trust them and most are only 1-2 years out of vet school. My poor pup stopped eating, had no energy, and was in pain. I couldn't get into my vet or any vet in my hometown of Dalton for another week. after calling at least 15 vets I called You guys and was given an appointment that evening. Front staff was friendly and was ensuring that everyone was following social distance measures. The doctor was very caring and gentle with my dog.
