Dr. Pilkington & team are amazing! They were always so welcoming and loving to my sweet pup, Luthor, & when we had to unexpectedly put him down, they even took time to send a card expressing their condolences. I cannot say how much they take the extra time to go above and beyond to make you feel valued.

I brought my chocolate lab, bella, to have amputation surgery on her front leg because of a bad break. There were some complications (nothing to do with anything on their end) and they stepped up and took Bella in full time for two weeks! They called me often with updates and when I came to visit Bella they all loved on her like she was their own! I am at ease knowing she is being taken care of and I cannot thank them enough! I will always go to them for anything with Bella!
We saw Dr. Pilkington for a regular check up and shots. He is great! We love him. The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. Our tech was great, too. We are very pleased with our experience there.
