This place is the best!!! They always have taken such good care of our babies . Maggie our English Bulldog loves Dr Myers, Dr Ashley and Dr Morgan. They are all so good with all of our fur kids . They have been with me when I had to put my cocoa down too and were so patient and kind. Everyone, even the techs and folks at the front desk love the animals, they know you by name when you come in (probably because our little bully girl has been a zillion times) but regardless they are always so helpful and even when we have had t... read more
Animal Clinic Downtown is excellent! Beginning with the office staff and technicians and culminating with Dr. Myers, they are helpful, competent, and caring. I'm so thankful for this veterinary practice. They have taken wonderful care of my dog and me!
Dr. Craven is my hero ! He tolerates crying well from an upset worried owner of a pet and consoles when there is a loss of a beloved animal. Loves new puppies instantly ! Love the staff as well !
There is nothing but good to say about Animal Clinic. Dr. Morgan and Dr. Myers are both excellent. I've been using them for probably thirty years. You will not be disappointed!
Do NOT use the grooming services here! The groomer cut my dogs ear, and brought him out to me with the worst haircut I've ever seen, and told me she had nipped it, but that the vet had looked at it and it was fine. By the time I got him to the car, he was shaking and his bandanna, fur, and my arm were all covered in blood. I took him back in and asked to see the manager, who acted like she could have cared less, and this was the last thing she wanted to deal with.
