I brought my car yesterday for a regular maintenance and have one of my window stripping fixed, that came off when I had it washed at the HEB car wash. I actually expected to get charge for it , but not and I was so glad that they had it on stock . Did not have to wait long . Nice job.
What ever happened to greeting you outside in the service lanes? I drove up to 3 empty cars blocking the entrance into the service lanes, no one came out! I had to leave my car running outside (car not even 2 years old and the battery was dead!) and go get someone to help me! Rude! I guess the batteries they put in these KIA’s are the cheapest they could find!

Kelly Murray, Mitch Walker and Anthony Corey were all so amazing with us! I had very specific needs as far as budget, and car selection. I narrowed down my choices to two cars in their pre owned inventory and they had them pulled and ready for me when I arrived. Once I chose the car, the whole process was smooth.
