Yesterday I was wishing amazon sold cars because my shopping experience at a different dealership had been so awful. Today I left Ancira with a new car and it couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant!

they lost my appointment for my recall letter from KIA, and didn't resolve, if they didn't trick me into there advantage program I'd never go back.
I was lucky to have Tim Lewis as my sales person. He went out of his way to assist me in getting what I needed at an agreed price. Thanks to him and his general manager I was able to drive away in exactly what I was looking for. I recommend Tim as the “go to” sales person to get what you need. Thank you Ancira for having such a great sales person.
They did a good job on what I asked them to do. I just get tired of them trying to sell me other services I don’t want to do at that time. Just do what I ask and I’ll be completely satisfied. Thank you. I don’t need a salesman coming out and trying to sell me other services after I’ve waited and hour and a half for a lube, oil and filter change which is what I requested when I took the car in.

These people are crooks. They forgot to have me sign something and handled it by calling my employer and trying to get in trouble at work. It’s pathetic
