What’s the point of making an appointment FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE if you still make the customer wait for TWO HOURS?? Our car is brand new, like it had less than 4K miles on it when we left the lot, and your automotive technician said we needed a new air filter?? Do you sell lemons?? We should NOT need to pay for a new air filter less than three months from buying a brand new vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Purchased 4 new cars in the last 20 months.... y’all sure didn’t have a problem taking my money ....but go back for a first oil change and some rude young lady comes out and is real short with us... says taking appointments only...well we live 70 miles away and don’t know when we will be in SA....but even after letting her know we drove 70 miles you could see her lack of concern... I thought maybe she went in to talk to a manager so we sat and waited about 10 minutes...but nothing.... so we drove off...I can get better servi... read more
