I love my Kia Optima and the service people are awesome, but kia needs to step it up on timing for services..waiting for a oil change for 2 hours even with a appointment schedule!

Came in for an “express” oil change, fuel Injection system flush and front turn signal bulbs replacement. My appointment was at 1100. Was told it would take 3-3 1/2 hours. It’s almost 5:00pm and I’M STILL HERE. When I asked I get the “I don’t know, I’ll have to check” story. I’m in a wheelchair and my back is killing me. Coming here all the way from Floresville where I live is NOT worth it.
