I went to pay for a part . And was putting it on . The service advisor Adnan Nawaz came out and ask me what year my car was and how many miles . He says my car is under warranty and they will fix it for free . If he hadn’t cone out if his way . I would of paid for it . Wonderful job on his part !
My wife and I went to Ancira KIA looking for a Stinger. After visiting two other dealerships we came into Ancira and was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk who was very pleasant. After a couple minutes Dalton came by and introduced himself and helped us with our selection. Dalton was pleasant and courteous. I am very satisfied with my experience at Ancira KIA.
thank you so much to Kimberly, Cesar, Ruben, and David for the HOME TEST DRIVE & DELIVERY!!! I didn't have to leave my house to buy a car. Kimberly was great and got us to Cesar that brought the car so I could check it out and he looked at my trade in. Ruben helped me out with GAP insurance and extended warranty and David brought the car and paperwork to our house and took our trade in back. I highly recommend these amazing people!!!
One of the best car buying experiences. My college son purchased his first vehicle today. We drove from San Angelo because of the price difference between Ancira and our local dealership. Jason had everything worked out so that we could walk right in and be out and headed home before rush hour! He eased my son’s anxiety. My father purchased his trucks from Ancira before he passes away in 1997. He would be proud of my son’s purchase.
I was very, very pleased with the service depot., as I was told upfront of any charges, etc, and that may be an all day. If I was to wait or leave. I took my own car to another dealer, big one also, and they didn’t even have me this consideration, or if I wanted to do half then or schedule for another time. It Got to be a very frustrating waiting and “I” had to call to see how it’s going as it was almost end of their day. So, so far it’s been good so far.
What do I recommend about Ancira KIA?? EVERYTHING!! Ancira sells a very good product; the staff in ALL departments treat you like family, and the auto service is excellent!!!
Nope. Would not recommend this dealership. If you don't have a perfect credit score they will not work with you. Even if your willing to put a large down don't do it till you get the rate your looking for. They will quickly sale to another person instead of waiting to see if they can help you get the rate you want.
Good customer service but takes way to long to get your vehicle service Just for a battery change .
