bad service not si good of a place
First, they were supposed check alignment at two different service appointments as the car would shake if going highway speeds. They said they did and the problem persisted. We got new tires and alignment with someone other than them and the problem stopped. So they don’t know how to do an alignment, only how to charge for it. Now, we were given a 12:30p “APPOINTMENT TIME.” At 4:30p they still haven’t even run a diagnostic on the vehicle. They were told the exact issue.
