Here getting my oil change and must say this is the worst service I've ever gotten. First to get in and last to get vehicle 2.5hrs later and it was just an oil change. Even the customer beside me said maam you been here longer than me and I'm getting my car before you. I seldom write reviews but I had a great buying experience at Ancira Kia. Test drove an AWD V6 Stinger and loved it, looked for a GT1 AWD but apparently they're like unicorns here in Texas. Heather worked with me to get into a top of the line GT2. No obnoxious sales pressure, great communication, and most importantly a great deal! Will buy again.
We bought our Jeep Wrangler a couple of days ago. David Ledet was wonderful, he answered all of our questions before we even had to ask them. I have texted him with a lot of questions since we left and he always gets right back to me. Wonderful salesman!!

We have 3 Kia from your place and looking to trade in one for a new one. We went there and Irma send us to the worst sales person I have ever see. He was not interested in sailing a vehicle . So sad when Art was there things were different you would get the service you deserve not any more
