In 2014 I bought my brand new EX Sorento from Ancira, only to lose it in the infamous hailstorm of 2015. Heartbroken, I settled for a more affordable pre-owned Murano of comparable luxury but I missed the room and handling my Sorento provided. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Hoping the owner contacts me so I can explain that negative experience! Nathan Spencer and Caroline at the internet department set up an appointment and nether show up? Interesting. I email twice and they never respond. No problem. They not only lost a sale, but we'd never recommend these folks to anyone. I'm sure all the folks at Ancira Kia aren't like this but one's actions (or lack thereof), represent the appearance of the team.
Since the very moment I brought my van from their it's been an overwhelming experience of nothing but good customer service ....
service is poor will not recommend Ancira KIA to anyone will try and talk them out of buying from Ancira or buying a KIA the service will not stand behind their word and KIA has not stood behind their car
Dropped my car off Friday morning to have the Nav updated and noticed a new sound when I accelerate. 5 days later and there has been no phone calls made to inform me of whats wrong. I have made 3 phone calls in the last 2 days to obtain info, just getting some answers in the last hour. Very shady dealings, I told them to have my car ready in the morning, taking it elsewhere. DO NOT TRUST THE PEOPLE!!!!
They are awesome!!! I purchased a car 2 years ago and each time I go it's awesome! Yesterday, Richard with customer service at the Bandera road location, (at the desk helped) me with my oil change. He was very professional, friendly and helfpul. He went out of his way too help me. I definitely recommend this location
My baby needed an oil change and they gave me the first one free. Surprisingly they also washed and vacuumed my new car. Great customer service and very knowledgeable young man. Thanks for taking care of us!
