My intention was just get an oil change. I happened to see my friend Ernest Trevino who is finance manager and we happened to talk about my Soul. Watched the mechanic use his phone more than the work he did to my car don't understand this �it happens every time but other than that like going there.

Love their service department! The waiting area is great, and I can get tons of work done while I wait with the space they have set up for customers. They have a shuttle or porter that can take you places while you wait, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. So happy I got my car here, because I don't mind taking it in at all when I need to.
Today I went in with the intent on buying a new kia Sorento. Guess what that didn't happen. When the lady called me on the phone I told her I need 3 rows. The car was only 2. OK so my sales guy Joe says we at having a sale. You can get a pre-certified one with a third row and it has a warranty of 60000 miles or 5 years okay let's do it we get to closing of the car and I was like no it's 60,000 miles total the car has 30,000 miles on it and no thank you so that was one thing then the one of the sales people said that in 10 mo... read more
