I purchased a Kia Sorento from Legend Kia in 2013 and have nothing but problems with that dealership. I decided to go to Ancira Kia in 2015 to have my vehicle serviced and they have been excellent since. My wife and I decided to get another Sorento and Mitch was our sales rep. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am (was) a 1st time car buyer and I had a WONDERFUL experience doing business with Ancira! Aaron, John, and their supervisor Chris were an absolute pleasure to work with. Definitely an amazing experience! Our salesman went above and beyond. I purchased a used car 2013 Nissan rogue and Aaron was so helpful. If you need anything he will get the job done. I absolutely would recommend to my all my friends and family! Please go see Aaron you will not be dissapointed!

I just leased a new Kia Optima. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will continue business with Ancira. I will update this review after my first service visit if anything changes. But for now they get 5 stars. The service was friendly and I didn't have to haggle all day for a fair price.

We were very absolutely pleased with them.2 yrs ago I brought a car pontiac prix and so we decided to go back to them again and guess what Lori Griffin did it to us again. She is a very loving lady whom we trust her in finding us a new car and she just did it Wonderful. Found us a 2015 Dodge Dart super nice and very great car.
