Went to get my windows tinted on my new 2017 optima. Tint looked great and customer service was awesome. When I got home I realized there was some glue and soap on my car from where they were tinting it. I was disappointed in the way the exterior of my car looked and called the dealership. They advised me to bring it in the next day and they would fully wash and detail the car. As promised the car was cleaned and once again customer service was exceptional. Great people, great service! My rim got bent and I needed a replacement because I was about to go on a road trip. Luckily they had one and got it all done while I had lunch! This is why my family has purchased 5 Kia vehicles from Ancira so far.

Sell Lemons!!!! So disappointed that my daughter bought her car 11 months ago used at 93,000 mile still charged 14,000 for it as is and the piece of shit been having problems ever since she took home!!! Then when we call to ask for any type of help, absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! Says with motor noise its only worth 1500. So u mean an engine is 10,000??? Bullshit.
