I was at the dealership atreat 7am...they got me in right away and i was out in less then 1 hour & 45 minutes....great service @ a great price!
Been going for service(oil change) to Kia Ancira for several years (6+), on my srcond Kia Soul. Always excellent service. Im always greeted with a smile and handshake from Bibby and/Or Jason. Lately, they haven't been there, could be because of my Saturday trips. Btw, i like the new location, easy access.
Very slow service, 4 freaking hours for our oil and car wash they screwed up a plug and they ordered a new one to get here Their F#€! Up and Our Time #stillwaiting
Wonderful staff...they will make most anything you need happen! After buying my last car from them, I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else! AAA+
Took my Kia Soul 2013 and needed my battery checked. Waited 15 minutes outside waiting for someone to come out and hand off the vehicle. Finally had to go inside where four individuals we're sitting around smoking and joking. Bad personal service and to make matters worse, little over 2 years with the vehicle and already needs a new battery. Never again buying a Kia or vehicle from Ancira.

Been waiting for a response since Monday to find out if we can get into a newer Kia, sent a fax with our loan statement from our credit union SACU.. Hoping someone gets back to me, if not I will be moving on to someone else who can help us get into a newer vehicle.
