They take long time service your vehicle especially with oil change and the staff are very rude. I regret purchasing a kia sorento from them. I wish I can return my vehicle. But I'm stuck with over price vehicle. Noone want to take it has a trade in.very disappointed

Every time I've gotten my oil changed here, it takes forever. So this time my husband called and made an appointment for me at 11am and gave me a confirmation number. It's 12 now and when I ask the status I'm told that my car is next. I asked what the point of having an appointment is and am told that they don't make appointments. Huh? So once again I'm stuck waiting over an hour for an oil change. Next time I'll skip the hassle and go somewhere else.
Best service department. I bought a car at another Kia dealership because I lived closer to it. I used to take my car there for service. No more. I followed Preston over to Ancira when he moved locations and never looked back. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, honest and accommodating. I don't usually post recommendations but I highly recommend Ancira Kia service department.
Bought my Optima SX turbo in Ohio and when I took in for its regular maintenance Bobby in the service department was great, honest about what i did and didn't need. Just an overall great experience, wish I could say that about where I bought it. A very nice welcome to Texas, thank you!!! Definitely would recommend your dealership to anyone!
