Recently refinanced with a major bank who utilized Amrock's services as the title company. We had multiple issues with this bank and Amrock, resulting in closing being scheduled, then cancelled, three times. Closing was finally set for October 1.At closing, we provided our checking account information, as we were owed a disbursement of $258.11. Beware! Closing went well with AMROCK refi but after closing I was told by an AMROCK agent they "forgot" to send the check for my homeowners policy which I paid at closing. Now 2 months later and ************* on the phone and dozens of emails to AMROCK my homeowners and car insurance (bundled insurance policy) are about to be canceled due to non payment of homeowners policy renewal by AMROCK. We settled on our house in May of 2021. As of October of 2021, AMROCK/American Land Title Association has not filed a Deed showing a change in ownership. I continue to receive a consolidated tax **** showing me as the legal owner of the property with taxes due and unpaid. I contacted the Title Clerk and ****************** for the County. According to the Title Clerk and the County Assessor, they show me as being the legal owner of the property. Amrock recently handled the refinance we did with Rocket Mortgage. I find it necessary to share..Amrock is beyond excellent. They handled everything for us.. I did not have to do anything...being a senior this was most helpful..I also like that they kept me completely updated on what steps were being taken and what had been completed..To make it even better the nicest young lady came to our house to handle our closing. First time I utilized Amrock. . I will recommend 100%, no issue with both Title and Closing Department. I was able to sell my house with no Realtor. All the staff were very professional and responsive. No issue at all, no delay and everything was on point, special thanks to Ms. A****** B******, for making everything easy for me.

Excellent Service D*** B***** senior rep for disbursements - a professional with truly knowledgeable, to the point answers and yet highly courteous in our interactions deserves kudos and obviously an asset to Amrock in raising their reputation as a title company. I am happy to have got straight professional answers in my interactions to close a loan from Rocket Mortgage. I will give 5 starts to her professional work.
