We completed our closing. Then was told by quicken loan since we cancelled they wanted to reschedule our closing. Amrock won't admit to any mistake but its clear they did not process our e docs properly. We have spent two weeks trying to clear this up, but Quicken Loans Rocket Mortgage is just as incompetent.

I was a Notary Public for them for almost three years. After about 3 years of perfect service with a perfect rating. They sent two notaries to the same signing and there was chaos and total confusion. A middle eastern family blamed everything on me and made me look like this total 'Ogre' so Amrock decided to TERMINATE my contract with them. I felt Totally SCREWED OVER. What a joke! Don't use these people. Set up my close three times and didn't show. Paperwork was all incorrect. Now my property taxes are 3 months late. Waited on hold 40 minutes. Sent me a check for escrow overages....it bounced!

Amrock will not return my monies. I used rocket/quicken loans for my mortgage and amrock took care of the closing. They were so slow that they needed my info a 2nd time. To be able to close (I am retired and my daughter only makes 20k) I had to pay off her car loan and all of our credit card debt. They sent us all checks and we had to disburse them. I did refinance with QuickenLoans and Amrock Califonia did title. Amrock sent a Deed to record on my name to Alameda County, County rejected it due to some filling issue. Amrock said that they corrected it and sent again, County rejected again. People at Amrock may not be knowledgeable enough to hand such critical legal formalities. I am still awaiting resolution. I like QuickenLoans but due to Amrock, I will not go to them for my next mortgage.

They have had my info for closing for a month now. I have called twice and still no one is assigned to my title.

This is actually a zero. After three months of trying to get a copy of our certified deeds after closing and months of lies -- we had a problem with the property (not so, they had already told me that they we so busy they got behind); we have the deeds, we will be sending them; the recorder sent the deeds directly to you (not so); and then they finally called and stated that the customer is responsible for going to the recorder, paying the fee and getting their own certified deeds. 60 days into my closing and Amrock has made mistake after mistake, and now say they have to cancel the closing and start over! In over 40 years of buying and selling real estate this is the worst closing experience I've every had without question.
