Worst company ever. They refuse to call, lost my notarized forms. Trying to get my loan to close had become a nightmare!! Don’t use them!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. February 16, 2021, my husband forwarded an email to me from Executive Mortgage Banker identifying himself as our “dedicated Home Loan Expert” and wanting to pass along his contact information – his email address at Quicken Loans and his cell phone to call or text. Amrock never sent Bank payoff check and my personal check after loan closed. They said checks were in the mail but could only provide one tracking number from UPS which said a label has been created but the check never left the building. They never took ownership of the mistake and blamed it on UPS losing the payments in the mail. Almost a month has passed after closing and no checks have been disbursed. I'm not sure what to do next. My mortgage closed Jan. 26, 2021. As of March 11, 2021 it has not been recorded. I cannot get a copy of the Grant Deed. The worst part is that my credit score (TransUnion) has dropped 29 points because there is not mortgage loan. After working years to establish a high credit rating they have destroyed it.( I have a copy of the current credit report) Please record the deed of trust.

They ****have taken over a month to turn in a appraisal then didn't send the amendment letter so now waiting on that ridiculous.

THEY SUCK!!!!! Agent text us 2 hours before closing saying he couldn't make it can not get anyone to call us back and handle this issue. keep getting we will call back we will call back and nothing.

Amrock was title company and closing agent for our Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage refinance. Amrock failed to file the updated deeds for recording in a timely fashion (as of this writing it is a week after it should have been filed, even recognizing the 3-day grace period to “back-out”). In Virginia, a filing must be completed before the original loan can be paid off. As a result of Amrock’s negligence, we were required to pay another month’s mortgage payment.

I bought my house October 2020 through Quicken and used Amrock based upon their recommendation. I found out 2-days ago (it's 2/26/21 today), Amrock failed to record the conveyance deed. It's day 3, I've been on the phone and emailed them several times and nobody from Amrock can give me a path to resolution, no timeline and no calls back. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and this has never happened before. Now I'm considering an attorney. Unbelievable! Stay away from Amrock, they are awful!

I am fuming mad right now. Three weeks ago Amrock received my refi paperwork, then waited until last week to tell me they needed something else, which I provided immediately. Then I waited some more. I ended up contacting Quicken Loans to see what the hold up was. I was able to finally schedule closing for today. It was supposed to happen two hours from now.
