I settled in 2020, but wasn't until a separate business matter prompted me to call the city licensing department - which is when I was told the title to my property was still under the sellers name. My city deed and tax department proceeded to inform me that the title company "Amrock' never sent the required settlement documents to update all records. Had my closing with Amrock title through rocket mortgage for a refi cash out to purchase another property and Amrock flat out lost my closing package. I was supposed to get the cash out the following week but come time to close Amrock is still looking for my closing documents. Had to pay an additional 2k to save my property purchase. Extremely upset and Amrock refused to even write a letter to explain to my closing agents why there was a delay in funding.

If I could give zero stars I would. Amrock was the closing agent for my home loan through Rocket Mortgage. We closed on my loan July 12th 2021. In September I needed to contact our local auditors office to ask questions. They informed me that my home deed had never been transferred to my name. I contacted Rocket Mortgage who in turn contacted Amrock to resolve their error. Amrock had submitted my deed and it had been rejected in July because they did not file it correctly. Never recorded my deeds with the county after refinance - I only found out because now I'm selling the same home. Unbelievable. And after reading many of the other reviews, I'm not surprised.

Amrock is the title company that "ROCKS" the best refinance ever! We closed and get our funds in a timely manner.
