This is easy to use for your title or **************; but if you need any service after, you need forget about it. This would be worst company for any service you may need after they are done with your job. I asked for final disclosures on my both properties for tax purposes, it toll me many calls and hang up by them to finally get this done. Easy to get your job done; BUT, Service not worth it the headache. Pay more BUT DO NOT buy Headache.

Over a year ago, I bought out a co-owner of my hobby farm and added my son as co-owner. Title still has co-owner's name and not my son's name. Property tax records show co-owner as still being a co-owner and my son not. Mortgage does have mine and my son's names on it. I'm 65 and if I should die or become disabled, previous co-owner will be on title, while my son will have no rights to the property yet will be responsible for the mortgage! After using the wrong name in my title search and requiring me to sign an affidavit stating that I was not the person with the different name, I will give this company a 1 star. Even though they deserve no stars. Stupidity at its finest.

Amrock handled the Title and Escrow work for my mortgage refinance through Rocket Mortgage. The process was smooth, I was kept up to date on all the happenings as the refinancing progressed. The closing was easy to schedule, several dates and times were offered. Most of the signing was done electronically, which sped up the process greatly. The representative that came to my home for the needed in person signatures, was friendly and professional.
I did read a lot of negative reviews on here regarding amrock and rocket mortgage. I did have me a little on edge. However, amrock sent me updates throughout the process, and it was just 2 days after closing i got my old mortgage paid off, and my money from the refinance. Quicken/rocket/amrock are all under the same umbrella, and they have always done right by me. Great job to all of them!

Terrible experience and it just keeps getting worse and worse. I refi my home after it was awarded to me in the divorce sent over the special warranty deed signed by my ex-spouse that the court accepted but apparently not good enough for Amrock. I closed two weeks ago was told only I needed to be present but now I need all the signatures from my ex spouse and was notified the week after closing. *********************** takes days to respond and conveniently always at the end of the day pushing back the process even further. ... read more
