Terrible Network for PT services!!! They reduce payments for PT services significantly and every 5 sessions determine if patients need more visits and limit their care. Most practices are dropping them from their network, and I need to do the same. If you are thinking of getting Cigna for PT services, they use ASH for their claims and don't pay what we're worth as clinicians.

As a chiro provider, I find communication and follow up with this company to be severely lacking. After contacting this company on a issue and being told to wait 60 days for resolution only to contact them again 60 days later and be told nothing has been updated and they will contact you with update. Another month later and still no one has contacted me. I have called weekly and basically been avoided by the supervisor and mgmt. Have left multiple messages and no one returns my call. As a patient recovering this is insane they took over two weeks to get approval after surgery. People need to get their help and medical coverage. When you call they won't talk. to you without the insurance but won't spend more than 2 minutes trying to get all the parties on the line to fix the problem. Terrible service.

As a PT provider this ASHlink authorization system is insane and extremally time consuming. It';s 2023 and you guys still needs ** to manually entered whole Evaluation on your website. there should be an option to upload our own eval for you to review and make decision. just today it took me more than 90 minutes to submit authorization for 2 patient. this is crazy, please update your website and make our life easy and also for patient too,

This provider will do anything in their power to shorten your duration of acupuncture services. I am also very upset that **** sends out promotional materials to their members claiming that you get 20 visits per plan year. Well, it's technically UP TO 20, ah-ha! My denial was based on the fact that the treatment is expected to improve symptoms such as pain within a reasonable amount of time. I'm sorry, what is this "reasonable" amount of time? Signed up as regular member to be enrolled at a local gym. Only to find out that you have to be a premium member. They refused to change my account status to force me to buy a second premium membership. I immediately cancelled my membership and requested a refund but to no ones surprise they refused to give my money back. This is a predatory and poorly ran company.

I added my husband to my membership on 4/1. They charged me for two months for him and for ME. I had two $56 charges. My husband found out he could access gyms through his employer's health plan and did not need this plan. I went on the website and canceled him from my plan after two weeks of nonuse. They then charged me again $28 in May. The monthly payment is $28 per person. I was charged 5 payments in 2 months! For the claims paid to you in 2023, the average is 8 days from receipt to payment. ASH is not (and will not) hold claim payments for you or other providers.
