As a PT provider this ASHlink authorization system is insane and extremally time consuming. It';s 2023 and you guys still needs ** to manually entered whole Evaluation on your website. there should be an option to upload our own eval for you to review and make decision. just today it took me more than 90 minutes to submit authorization for 2 patient. this is crazy, please update your website and make our life easy and also for patient too,

This provider will do anything in their power to shorten your duration of acupuncture services. I am also very upset that **** sends out promotional materials to their members claiming that you get 20 visits per plan year. Well, it's technically UP TO 20, ah-ha! My denial was based on the fact that the treatment is expected to improve symptoms such as pain within a reasonable amount of time. I'm sorry, what is this "reasonable" amount of time? Signed up as regular member to be enrolled at a local gym. Only to find out that you have to be a premium member. They refused to change my account status to force me to buy a second premium membership. I immediately cancelled my membership and requested a refund but to no ones surprise they refused to give my money back. This is a predatory and poorly ran company.

I added my husband to my membership on 4/1. They charged me for two months for him and for ME. I had two $56 charges. My husband found out he could access gyms through his employer's health plan and did not need this plan. I went on the website and canceled him from my plan after two weeks of nonuse. They then charged me again $28 in May. The monthly payment is $28 per person. I was charged 5 payments in 2 months! PLUS, on May 1st, they sent an email stating my husband's membership was inactivated, thus he would be unable to... read more

Well I have there insurance ****** They are the only one that has ****************. ***** *******. In network via For the affordable care act ,Market place . They cover ,80% ..it involves experimental elements (stem cells)that make him and his team the only chance of getting the use of my left arm I let you know if I sign up for a gym membership .??

*** is holding the claims payments for Acupuncturist in ******************* for more than 85 days.specifically for providers who are affiliated with ****** . 80% of my patient have referrals from ****** and since January 2023 all the claims have been submitted did not get paid. We are keeping the business running on empty fuel, not getting paid for almost 3 months.*** explains since January its ****** that directly process the claims. For the claims paid to you in 2023, the average is 8 days from receipt to payment. ASH is not (and will not) hold claim payments for you or other providers. They are supposed to cover the expenditure for gym membership. I have requested reimbursement twice and each time gotten an amount way less than what it should have been. They try to take you in circles by not responding to emails that ask for an explanation. There helpline will put you on long holds to hide the fraud that this company is. The customer service rep was extremely rude and hung up on me in middle of a question.

This company is a disgrace. Last year they were in charge of massage treatment for Aetna. They sent me to a massage therapist who was great and contracted with Aetna but not AMERICAN SPECIALTY. Many therapists don't want to work with them because they underpay. SO even though they referred me to him (in error) they would not pay him and I was going to be stuck with the bill. After giving me ***** names of massage therapists, none of whom were currently working with them, or if working with them (1 or 2) they had no openings!... read more

************ is a total scam and takes advantage of people through their employers. Signing up for a gym membership at Planet Fitness is only $20/month and this fraud company has been charging my credit card almost $30 for about a year. I don't know why I didn't cancel this sooner so it is partly my own fault. Also, they just increased their prices due to 'inflation' which is complete BS.
