Delivered on time and the staff were nice. They asked where we preferred to have jacuzzi then gave their opinion if it would be a good idea or not
Excellent service in the store, wonderful delivery and installation of the backyard playground set. On time, courteous, efficient, and thorough.
The installers couldn’t come at the originally scheduled time because it was storming pretty bad near me. But they waited the storm out and came and installed the set (despite the wet grass). The kids was so excited once they got home from school, they also ran to the wet grass to play. lol The Hyde Park set is awesome!

Delivery service is an absolute joke. Drivers extremely rude.

Let me start off by saying that when you sign a contract to get a pool built, part of it states that you are responsible for removal of dirt from excavation. I was never told this but it is in the fine print so I have no recourse. That being said I was left with about 10 yards of dirt, sod, and roots to be removed by an excavating company I contact on my own time. We do have the contract available on our website for download as reference prior to installation that way you can ask your sales person any follow-up questions after you’ve purchased. This is the second time in many years that we purchased patio furniture from the Orland Park IL location. And once again........ great business and great people to work with. Sales person Val was very knowledgeable of the items we chose. The furniture was perfect and the price was very reasonable. The furniture was delivered on the requested date and on time. We required a minor adjustment on one item we had ordered and sale representative Chris assured it was attended to immediately.
I had a great experience with American Sales the price was good the people are great five stars as far as I'm concerned. .
