Had a problem with a purchase. They checked it out and ordered a replacement part no questions asked. Very satisfied.
We had a problem with a newly purchased Christmas tree. The staff at American Sales took care of us and our Christmas tree. The staff was polite and wonderful to work with.

The delivery crew did a great job fitting my hot tub through the door to my sunroom. It was an extremely tight fit with my drive bring them but they all worked together to get it inside.

I wouldn't wish my experience with you guys on my worst enemy. That's how bad it was. I bought my pool table 5 months ago. Within that time, I've had to deal with like 7-8 visits from your delivery team (Not including a couple of instances that I was just blown off and no one showed up), about 4-5 visits to the store, several emails back and forth, several phone calls (Most of which I waited on hold for at least 30-45 minutes). We had a very positive experience with American Sale. We chose our air hockey table based on positive reviews and went to the store to see the table on site. We purchased it and scheduled it for delivery within 48 hours. It was delivered quickly and installed. The delivery crew was professional, informative and very efficient.

We did our pool with American Sale. It was not an easy process to say the least. From the beginning we were given the wrong pool parts-delaying our install date. However the American Sale office did their best in getting correct parts to our home as soon as they could. The installation part was the frustrating part. We do understand this is not American Sale’s part of the process, but American Sale recommends their installers for their customers to use. Geoffrey, the salesman for Spas,etc. at the Orland Park store, provides great knowledge and customer service. He originally sold me the Hotsprings Jetsetter 15 years ago and was one of the better purchases I made. I have complete confidence in his insight.
The installer cut the metal on our pool and hid it behind a brace after all summer am pool charged us to fix it the corporate people are disrespectful and lie I would never buy from them again
