We purchased our second pool from them last summer (2018). The installers were rude and did a horrible install. The pool is leaking, the motor on the pump is bad, the liner is not attached all the way around, The base ring is not locked all the way around and the floor of the pool has huge indentations. We are still waiting for them to come back and re-do the job. Last year before they left, the installer said the liner would start to lay flat when the water filled the pool. We purchased a gazebo from American Sale and is was a very good experience all the way around. Friendly salesman Lance greeted us and was present but not pushy. He was knowledgeable of the product, warranty, and service. We purchased the set-up service and we were provided times that fit our schedules. They called several days prior to delivery and on the day of delivery to confirm, which is very helpful. I purchased a pool, paid in full - cash. I h as ve been trying to set up an installation date for the past two weeks and have been unsuccessful. I've called everyday 1-2 a day, for the past 2 weeks, I have spoken to sakes representatives, managers, a pool installer and nobody has been able to set as date for installation. All I am told it that someone will call me back to never recieve the call back. I am at a point where I want to request a refund and go elsewhere because I'm afraid I will not get my pool installed anytime ... read more

With the rainy weather we have had in May, all our installers are backed up on their schedules and are constantly rearranging their assigned jobs.
