Great people, including Ken at the Romeoville location who was very professional, knowledgable and accomodating. We purchased patio furniture, there was a great selection and fantastic prices! Delivery was professional and on time!

It took two days to receive a return call to schedule service . I was told I would receive a call by the next morning, not true. Two days later, I received a return call telling me my first opportunity would be two and 1/2 weeks was that ok. Did I have a choice? Now it is time for the service call. Great customer service and delivery with set up was on time and well done.
My experience with American Sale has always been not the best as I though, first I lost 1 day of work because they told us delivery was going to be Jun 14 and someone had to be there, I call that day after 4:30 to be told they didn't know anything about the delivery and to wait until Monday for any information and if pool was not here by then I was going to received a better pool bla bla bla. My experience with American Sale has always been great because of the customer service I received due to Caitlin. She is the best. She really cares about your needs & makes you feel so comfortable about your decisions. She doesn’t push anything on you. If you go there, ask for Caitlin, you won’t be disappointed!
