So far everything has gone very smoothly. Shane was very helpful in my purchase and the pool was delivered exactly when scheduled. I have not had the pool installed yet so hopefully the rest of the process runs just as smooth.

We have had an ongoing problem with a firepit we originally ordered in June of 2016. American Sales replaced the firepit in 2017. The tile had chipped despite being covered by the cover we purchased from American Sales. Fast forward to 2019. When we uncovered the firepit this April, the entire top was covered with large pieces broken out of the tile. It looked absolutely horrible. We purchased the ‘Lake Park’ swing set for our granddaughter. The sales associate was very knowledgeable in explaining all details and answered every question. Upon delivery and installation I was even more impressed. The assembly crew were fantastic and highly professional.
