Excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and the sales associate really worked with us to seal the deal. A very pleasant and wonderful experience. The sales associate did not pressure me or over promise on items he could not deliver.

The staff (esp Garrett) was really great and the selection is the largest I've seen for patio furniture. I'm sure I'll go back again.
Zack and Nico were very patient and knowledgeable regarding our questions in spa purchase, including after delivery when we had additional questions about balancing chemicals for set up. Everyone at this store in Carol Stream has been professional and friendly.
My sales person Steve was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly and made my experience very pleasant. Delivery was very quick and professional. One of my cushions had a few black marks on it. The delivery man took a picture, wrote it on the paperwork I signed, and a new cushion was delivered two days later. Excellent quality and service!!<br /> <br />

Delivery was great, the gentleman were professional and eager to make sure our hot tub was exactly what we wanted.

Corey at the Lake Zurich store was great. Very patient and helpful as we worked through a couple of small issues. Delivery folks were very polite and did a nice job.
