I bought an above ground pool and paid over $5000 on May 7th, the day they reopened after COVID19 shut down, and was told Installation would take place about 3 week later, to wait for the installer to call to set up an installation appointment. It has been more than three weeks and I have not received any notification on when the installation can take place. I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience. I originally ordered a 34x18 pool. On April 28. I was told it was on back order and wouldn’t be in until May 18. I was ok with that so I set the install up for May 28. I stared calling the week of May 18 to find out when it could be delivered. I called three times. Finally I got ahold of my sales Rep Tony *****. He told me I could no longer have that pool. Obviously I was very disappointed but I agree to a smaller size pool. We just bought our first pool at American Sale at the Orland Park IL location. We are so excited and can’t wait for our pool to arrive! We are also very pleased with the customer service we got there. The sales rep Chris was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions.
Very upset, I ordered online a brand new 12x12 intex pool cover and they sold me a discolored and dirty 12x12 intex pool cover and at the website they dont have anything that let me return it. Do not recommend this store. I will need someone to contact me and let me know how I can return it. I have all pictures if someone want to see it.
Disappointed so far! I arranged financing,ordered my pool, and set a delivery date. I called the store the day before delivery to see if we were on schedule so I could arrange the day off. A store associate said yes and later that day i received a confirmation email telling me i had a delivery window of 1:30-4:30. Make sure your home and dogs are put away. I BOUGHT A HOT TUB!! I live in Illinois and Florida and while I'm in Illinois I really needed WATER. I started researching tubs on line and reached out to American Sales because my friends had just purchased a Hot Tub recently. The response was awesome. I was contacted and helped by both Cyndi and William and was given an awesome deal! I am over the moon happy and can't wait for my tub to arrive. I love my back yard and look forward to spending lots of time with friends and family.

Really disappointed with the service we had in the Merrillville store. We went in ready to spend 4k on a pool. Not only could they not make that happen the sales lady seemed frustrated with dealing with us. With out nit picking I'll add that I didn't appreciate that I thanked her for her help and was leaving but stopped by the restroom first. Still haven’t got a call back. Spent considerable time on the phone setting up hot tub service call. A week later I went into the lake Zurich store live, thought that would work better?? NOT Lovely girl took my info and put the service call into the system. That was weeks ago. Don’t really know what to do now / next.
