Misleading and dishonest sales people. Complete bait and switch on items being in stock. Horrible experience.

We’ve purchased many items from American Sale and have always been very pleased with the products we’ve purchased, the service we’ve received, and the value of the experience, be it an in-stock purchase or a special order. Very satisfied over multiple purchases.

Very customer service focused and quality merchandise. My purchase started with an email inquiry and I was in the store the next day to purchase. I worked with Jeff ***** and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Really put the customer first! I purchased my last patio set from them about 14 years ago and loved it!

We just ordered and paid for a pool from the Romeoville store and our Sales rep was Brian G. I found him to be very patient, knowledgeable and seemed honest to me which is very important. We were in there two different times before we bought and asked many questions about the different pools, filters, prices, ect. and he never made us feel like he just wanted to make a sale or just rush us out. He did explain that they were still very booked with installs from last year and they may not be able to install until end of season... read more

We bought a hot tub in Feb of 2020. It was not installed until June of the same year. We were not able to use it right away due to a faulty pump (it was a brand new tub as well). The pump was fixed within a few weeks. Then we found out that the control panel on the hot tub was faulty. A technician came out to look at it, said it would take a week for the part to come in. 2 months later and still no part. We have called the store many times to ask for some sort of gift card or something for our troubles and they refused to he... read more
Worst big purchase experience of my life. If you want to deal with people without interest for the customer that does not tell the truth head to that store.
