Steve ***** was very knowledgeable...bought a pool table and Christmas Tree. I like buying things at the store so you know how they really look. My experience is what it was supposed to be...enjoyable.

This is my first time shopping with this store. I was beyond excited when I stumbled upon a great labor day sale and purchased my first product from this business. I ordered my product 09.04.2020 and I am disappointed and upset at the lack of communication and also the lack of consideration for already purchased products. The staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable with the products. I actually came back to the store after shopping around a few other stores specifically, for the service I received by Cassie, when I was inquiring about a pool.

I have never had so much trouble spending $10k in my life. Went shopping for a hot tub in Feb., found one and told the salesman Don K. that I had to get electric run and pad put down before I could order. Once this was done, Covid hit. I tried to order over the phone but it just kept hanging up on me. I finally got a hold of someone after weeks of trying and was told the factory is not producing tubs at this time. Purchased a pool in the beginning of May. It was delivered a few days later. After being told it would be installed in 3 to 4 weeks, was informed it wouldn't be installed until the 1st week of July. After getting an install date, I go to my village to get a permit and find out that the installer is not bonded or insured with my town. I contacted both American sale and the installer to tell them and apparently they applied for a permit in the wrong town. American Sale should really have a much lower rating than "A" since many of the reviews are indicating that they have not been happy with their experience. I purchased a Hot Springs hot tub which was installed on June 7th. Within 5 days the spa remote did not work after spending $15,000 for a quality spa. Got a new spa remote and now 6 weeks later the spa remote is not working. Now being told by their Service Dept. that it is usually a 3 week wait for service. Wish I would have read the reviews here about American Sales first. Bought our pool in May with an expected installation at the end of June it is now the end of July and still not installed. Cassie the salesperson person can’t even take the time to return phone calls finally spoke to the manager who is just as rude as the salesperson. Can only use COVID-19 for an excuse for so long Customer Service is ridiculous. American Sale bit off more than they can chew. We purchased a pool package in May 2020 and was told that install would be 3 weeks out. After the delivery of the pool which was 2 weeks from purchase, it was delivered without the filter. After waiting 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails we were told the filter was on the truck but not inspected.
