Terrible experience with having a pool purchased and installed. No cooperation from the staff or store manager after or during the installation of the pool. ORLAND PARK LOCATION... DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE SALES OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The pool plumbing leaked and after having a pool company come out to make it right. Hello. From our investigation into this matter, Mr. B**** and his partner had expectations of us that just couldn't be met. They were in a rush to get the installer out 2 weeks before we could provide them the pool. The installer did not like this plan as any hole they dug could easily become a pond with a heavy rain. i was looking for patio furniture but found nothing in the area where i live. american sale corporation was one of three business i visited in the chicago area. the staff at american sale corp was most helpful, pricing the pieces in a set that i needed from one i did not. the final price was very reasonable.. delivery was on time, the delivery people were polite and courteous. the only regret i have is that i did not go to american sales corporation when i first started looking because they would have saved my a lot of time ... read more

I purchased a pool on May 26th in which American Sales assigned *************** as the installer. From the beginning we had issues with the contractor even getting them to call us to schedule the install. We were advised by American Sale the assigned contractor would contact us on May 30th to schedule the pool install. We did not hear from the contractor therefore had to call American Sale to ask the status of our order. American Sale contacted *************** in which they called us on June 7th. When we were made aware of the lack of communication between the pool install company and our customer we contacted the installer on many occasions, advising them they must call the customer regarding their install. Speedy delivery! I ordered the wrong item,which was missing an item. I received a return shipping label on my smartphone to use at a *** **, and the items were shipped and American Sale received the box back quickly!

American Sales is a very customer first orientated business. They stand behind the large ticket products they sell and will work diligently to resolve most issues you may have with missing parts, warranty, or damaged goods received.
