Please do not buy a pool from here. Once you have purchased your pool, they will no longer be intrested in helping you with anything related to the care and maintenance. We are going on our 4th season of having our pool, and the pool was damaged due to the weather. While I know that it is no longer covered under warranty, I would expect some assistance in fixing the situation. They are not helpful at all. **** ***** *******

Once again received excellent service by the team at American Sales. Product was delivered on-time and within the time frame they communicated. Driver team was very courteous. Have been doing business at the Orland Park location for over twenty years and never had a bad experience.

I would highly recommend American Sales! Not only did they give me an outstanding deal on my pool, when it came to installing my 12 × 23 oval pool the installers really knew what they were doing and were very meticulous with their levels and lasers!

Kelly and Rob went over the top to assist when we weren’t able to get the tree we ordered in a timely fashion. Kelly rewrote the order after locating the tree in another American Sale warehouse location and then Rob followed through when there was a delivery snafu to actually deliver it to our house in his personal vehicle. Way to go finding solutions to problems. American Sales is fortunate to have these two employees !

Great service from the store to setup. So very happy. The crew that setup the pool table made sure everything was perfect. They centered it in the room and leveled it with perfection. Amazing all around!
