Worst experience..I bought a freezer, stove and fridge and was told as long as I have it paid by June I wouldn't be charged extra 100 % the man that sold to us he eSigned documents and never told us about 109.99 weekly payments which I would have never agreed to that since I'm disabled and both kids are disabled living on Social Security. American Freight store manager contacted the customer and offered to pick up the items but the customer indicated they had spoken with American First and were ok with the payments and pleased with their items. Very Poor store. Purchase a couch over year ago. notice small hole on side turn in claim to have couch repair. appointment after appointment reschedule each time. then business file bankruptcy now call American Freight. Spoke with them and very helpful in begun then nothing try call them check on repair and no call back

I've had a terrible experience dealing with American Freight. I ordered a refrigerator from them a few months ago. They tried to deliver the wrong product, so I refused delivery and cancelled the order. They promised to refund my payment, but I'm still waiting on it, months later. Customer service has been extremely limited in their ability to help me and has been unable to even tell me how much longer I can expect to wait for my refund. Horrible shopping experience overall.

Purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher and paid for delivery. Refrigerator was scratched from delivery and dishwasher was lost. They got us another dishwasher but it did not work. Multiple calls to the store would result in being put on hold endlessly, being told they would call back (they would not), or simply not answering their phones. Evident they would not fix their issue. Just paid another company $200+ to fix their dishwasher they sold me. Terrible experience. Bought a brand new refrigerator on Saturday from Louisville Dixie store, unwrapped it, and realized it had a huge dent in the bottom and was missing pieces. Looked like someone dropped it on the corner. So my wife called the store Sunday morning to explain the issue. We received the replacement and plug it in that evening. I went to American Freight and purchased a GE stove they said was in stock. They charge my credit card. Same day I drove 2 hours to the store to pick up the item. When I arrived at the store. The staff was very unhelpful and made it seem like I was waste their time. The store did not have the part in stock and said the part was not in stock for a while. Awful awful customer service. Ordered something online and received an email the next day saying they no longer have it. We have been waiting for 7 days now to get a refund. Everytime we call to ask where it is the manager Kyle, says he will contact corporate and call us back. He never calls back. Today I called and was left on hold for 40 minutes!! We just want our money back. It was a lot of money and now is not the time to keep our money hostage. Worst company ever!! Beware!!!

On March 26, 2021 I called at 9:36 AM about a refrigerator and was told that unless I purchased online it could not be held. I went in with my spouse after work and was told that #1 The item was not there but could be on the next mornings truck and to call after noon the next day to check.
