Guy in there is very arrogant and rushing when it was only me and 2 other customers in the store. I told him we going to wait to get our bed even thought he said they were sold out of almost every bed and have been for a very long time. He made the remark yeah I figured that and knew y'all wasn't going to get it after saying we going to wait. He was very very rude.

I purchased a dinning room set from the Decatur, GA location paid for the items and had a delivery scheduled for last Saturday. The delivery guys come and start to open the merchandise to tell me that the dinning set was missing a leg to the table and that was the last set. He then informs me he told the store manager at the Candler Road location the box was open and to make sure everything was in there. The manager DeAndre informed him it was. I placed an order for a set of washer & dryer from their website worth almost two grand. The local store contacted me next day and mention both items were out of stock, I was ok that they issued a credit memo for the refunds right away and told me it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to be complete. The problem was after more than 2 weeks of waiting for the refund it was never processed. American Freight issued refunds on 2/18/21 for the amounts of the purchase via ******** and ********. The refunds did not bridge into the ******system and the issue was corrected by Customer Service once cause was identified. We apologize for the delay.
I placed an online order 3/7/21 for Raspberry Bedroom Collection Item# Mfr# 171-DRMR. Went to American Freight later that afternoon to pick-up my items FOR THE STORE MANGER TO TELL ME MY ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE and went on to say that our inventory hasn't been counted in 2yrs and since you placed your order online i need to call customer service for a refund. I called when i left the store no answer and again on 3/8/21. I have NOT received a call back as of yet 3/9/21 . I NEED REFUND ASAP

I ordered online for store pick up. After paid online. I called store for pick up but they said we will send you email for pick up and after couple days when I didn’t receive any email I called them back and they said you don’t have any order here. If I don’t have any order then y they charged my credit card. I called customer service and received same response from them that they have no idea what’s going on. And now I have to call my credit card to get my $213 back.

I purchased a dryer from Alan at the Mesquite store to be delivered today. I called in this morning to confirm my delivery, I was not on the delivery list, so they added me. When my delivery arrived it was the wrong item. so somewhere between and my delivery things got mixed up, now I have to wait another day for my merchandise. Not Happy
I placed an order with this company back in sept/2020 by Dec I had to contact them about my order no call or nothing about my order so in Jan 21 I ask for a refund which I was told it would come from Corp. 2/27 still no refund. I am tired and fed up with this company about my own darn money I will be contacting my lawyer Monday about this. I give you guys a half of star you **** at customer service

I ordered a used washing machine from them a week ago, I have tried to contact the store for an update, several times. Either the phone rings for 20+ minutes with no answer or someone answers you and transfers you to another number for them to hang up on you shortly after. If I had known I was dealing with such inept people, I would have purchased elsewhere.
The service was great, and employees were very helpful. They safely secured my merchandise to my vehicle, and I was able to transport safely. I highly recommend this store and will be returning often
