STAY AWAy from this con company I placed an order of a floor model stackable washer/dryer machine on April 12, 2021 and it was delivered on April 27, 2021. My mom was able to use it 2,3 times and the washer broke on April 29,2021 which is less than a week. I called American Freight to get assistance. The first representative did not even ask me for my order number, she immediate gave me a number which she said that is their technical department who will help me out. This place is the biggest scam stuff they are selling is like the dollar tree if furniture stores managers have no experience or customer skills when you try to contact anyone at corporate they avoid you I purchased a couch and with in a month it was falling apart what a joke I know now cheaper isn’t always better I’m really thinking about taking this furniture to corporate office and leaving it in front of there front door

Horrible customer service! Bought a refrigerator Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. The fridge doesn't work and does not get cold. I called to have them take care of this and refund it and pick it up. They said I need to call warranty company to have them decide whether to replace or repair. Why should I have to do that with a new piece of equipment? They say they won't refund me. Bought a dryer from a location in Portage Indiana on 4/24/21. When I got it hooked up the next day, the dryer was making an awful screeching sound that could be heard through the whole house. Called the store and was told to bring it back in. When I arrived the manager told me I would have to contact GE for a manufacturer warranty claim and there was nothing that could be done from the store even though I was told when I bought it that the unit was tested before being placed on showroom floor. Unprofessional Unwilling to resolve issues False delivery services No communication if i could leave 0 stars i would save yourself and your money and go somewhere else. They give our people such a bad reputation by the way they do business

I bought a dishwasher online and the ad said only minor cosmetic damage. I got to the store and the unit didn't have a handle. I don't call that minor. I asked to exchange for another unit. This unit also had minor cosmetic damage on the front. There were a couple of dents. No big deal, right? When we got home to use the machine, water flooded our kitchen! The fridge I had originally purchased was sold without our knowledge. When it came time for delivery, American Freight delivered a completely different fridge. Since this incident, they have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful with getting a new fridge or deliveries. If I have not held their feet to the fire throughout this process, I would have ended up giving them $1900 for nothing.

Please beware of this organization. I shopped at store #***** and purchased a Samsung Front Load Washer. As warehouse associate was loading my washer, they dropped it FACE DOWN on the CEMENT. Taking what was an almost perfect condition item and now having a basket ball sized dent in the front. Sales associate assured me that he would be able to get another in. Before this business rebranded it was Sears Outlet. I purchased a range and a refrigerator. The range I have had no issues with. The refrigerator is another story. I brought both of these appliances in February 2020. The icemaker stop making ice in March 2021. Tech came out and I was told it was a bad icemaker. Part was placed on backordered. And it still is on backorder. Then two weeks ago my refrigerator stop cooling. Lost food and filed a claim. Still waiting to hear on that. I have spoken with 17 different people about s... read more

It appears this was being worked by Sears Service. American Freight contacted them on the customer's behalf and learned a replacement authorization was processed. The store manager is contacting the customer to assist with next steps.
