Worst customer service ever. Promising delivery of an item and never following through it. They never reached out to communicate any delays, the customer has to constantly stay on top of them all to find out the item still won't be delivered. Asst. Manager avoided phone calls, didn't even listen to my concerns and certainly never bothered to try and resolve things in a timely manner. He even called me "love" in an attempt to calm me down during one of our non productive conversations.

Absolutely unorganized, unprofessional, and untrained. This was a horrible experience and I do not recommend this company at all.

Worst company ever to do business with I have had three living room sets already one broke in less than a year the whole frame they brought me another loveseat and couldn’t get me the couch or the recliner that I ordered we waited months on that they sold it out from under us then they brought me another couch and reclining couch and the guy told me he would put the loveseat and recliner on layaway till I got the warranty on the loveseat which the cushions flattened and sunk in and you were sitting on the wood frame then I c... read more

It has now been over four months since we ordered a dryer. Upon hooking it up, the delivery company determined was too damaged to use and took it back to the store. Meanwhile, our money was NEVER refunded. We have tried numerous times to contact the store directly only to be ignored. We contacted customer service only to be provided false promises, no follow up and have yet to receive a refund because they "haven't been able to confirm with the store." I purchased a brand new dryer from American Freight in Tucker,GA. The appliance did not work. It was brand new in the box. I got a warranty and called the manufacturer, Sears, who jerked me around until finally it was serviced. However the dryer still did not heat. I cannot get my money back and the dryer doesn't work. I left a google review in March, did not receive a response. I made an update and was asked to call the customer service number. I have called several times and left messages and still no call back. Flor has the worst attitude I have ever seen on a so called manager. Purchased an oven on 3/21 with a delivery date of 3/24. It was missing pieces and the oven did not work. I brought a bedroom set on January 9 2021. I received the bedroom set on January 21 2021. After a few weeks of having the bed ( around Feb 1 2021) the headboard and the foot board started to separate. On Feb 9 2021 the entire top piece of the footboard fell off the bed. Misleading advertisement what they show in the sales paper and on the websites is not available in the stores very mis leading. I spoke to a representative name Dominic who told me never believe the website or paper because they get whatever the distribution warehouse sends and I am better off physically coming to the store to view what's available.

Inventory on the website is based on store inventory from around the country. Since sales are fluid, the inventory changes frequently. Confirming availability with the specific local store is an option.

This is the worst possible customer service ever from the Fresno, California store!! I orders and paid online for a freezer. Paid for same day delivery of 100.00 extra. I got a confirmation and then accepted to have a frozen meet order delivered tomorrow from Omaha Meats. The assistent manager Jacob who we called to set up a time, they did not call us. Said they do not do same day and that was a corporate thing. They could deliver on sunday. Three days after my frozen food was to be delivered. He said I could come get it and... read more
