Absolutely the worst place Ever. The staff is rude, they dodge your call. I bought a couch, recliner, and loveseat along with an extended warranty. Two weeks after my purchase I noticed the whole bottom of my couch on one end completely fell out of the bottom. I filed a claim with the warranty company who denied because I was honest and said I wasnt sure what happened. The store accepted my claim under the one protection and offered to replace my couch. I will NEVER purchase furniture from this store ever again. I purchased a completed bedroom set in mid-July. 2 weeks later the frame broke. I asked for a refund but was "encouraged" to use my warranty instead. Went through the warranty process and my claim was denied because I used the wrong manufacturer. No one corrected me or the process while I waited for an answer. Until I got denied. That was in August. It is now September and I still have no answer from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, some companies are associated with other companies and this drags them down. I am not sure who owns who but American Freight and American First Finance are partners is a lucrative scam network. If you have cash and need scratch and dent, I can't knock American Freight. Avoid this company, they were sent emails and no response, shame on them. My family purchased a refrigerator 2 years ago when they were known as another name.Recently the manufacturer of the fridge is in big trouble by the law as many units are becoming faulty and the fridge was only guaranteed for 1 year by American Freight we don't have a receipt anymore, if we could get proof of purchase we could have our fridge fixed by the manufacturer I have contacted American freight regarding obtaining proof of purchase or a copy of ... read more

This is the worse company Do Not Purchase anything from them. If you use a different card to make a pament it keeps the card number in the system and if buy some chance you miss a payment or something they will try each card that you have used to pull the money regardless of the date. Called the finance people and the lady told me that you have to let them know to remove the card even if you didn't give them permission. Please go somewhere else to buy furniture.

American First Finance has confirmed they contacted the customer and explained how the payment accounts work. They have updated records per the customer's request.
American Fright is a total rip-off they told me that I was approved to finance my purchase with American First Finance. The paperwork was electronic and because I was not familiar with American First Finance I thought it was a "finance" company. They made me give them 1 star didn't want to give them a star at all..went to buy a bed from them said it would take 3 weeks a month in a half goes by still nothing so I asked them to refund me my money 7 months goes by still no money spoke to the manager through email said they would send a check and still got nothing do not buy from them.they like stealing peoples money and makes you think its your fault..HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company to shop with. To make a long story short, I ordered a range and I was told 3 different delivery dates before they even showed up, then when it did arrive it was awful, the drawer is broken and is just sitting crooked and cannot be used, the over cooks at a veery slow time, and the digital time does not work. I have asked 3 times for a replacement and I keep getting told that they will get a new one out to me or we will have the manager contact me. DO NOT shop with American Freight!!! They rarely have product in store. And I have been in recently after the guy manager took over, and it is going down hill: just by looking and watching the staff they are shory handed and they look so unhappy. The manager was super ***** and was rude to a couple of the workers there. I needed help he looked at me and turned and walked away. That just isn't a way to run a business!!!
