Staffs are very RUDE. Refused to deliver our mattress because I wanted the refund back and the mattress was supposed to be delivered the next day and have been waiting for almost 6 days and still NO mattress. Your store customer service on *************** in **** *****.

My fiance and I went to American freight off of ********* trail back in late July early sept 2021 and bought a couch and 3 bedrooms suites. The 1st delivery of our furniture they sent one of the wrong bedroom suites and tried charging us an $100 on top of the $100 they said it would be to put it together. So I ended up putting that set together by myself, then was messing with the couch and there was a big tear in the back and immediately showed the young guys that and said no way take it back I don't want it, well they coul... read more

I was ready to pay with my credit card and the Store Manager ******************** stated I can use their financing with American ****************** no interest for 3 months. so, I thought that was a good deal signed the paperwork online not visually on paper not knowing he actually had me sign a leasing agreement for the bed instead of a direct purchase as I would have been able to do with my card. Financing is a great option for many people so our salespeople do make a point of offering it. The terms are all provided in the contract signed via the email provided. The Region Manager did confirm that he reached out and resolved the issue.

I purchased a refrigerator about the first of August. It was a GE Profile **** cubic foot 4 drawer. I was sent a 21 cubic ft Frigidaire with no name on the door. I was told to use this one until they locate a GE Profile. That was almost 2 months ago. No one has contacted me with an update. I would like to have some contact me at with a solution. Either refund me or give me refrigerator I purchased.

This was a good experience from begining to end. Special thanks to *** whom is a very polite & good sales representative.????The guys that delivered my mattress was very polite, & efficent. They arrived 10 minutes after a courtesy call advising me that they were on their way. Thank you?

BUYER BEWARE!!! NEVER PAY FOR SOMETHING AND HAVE THEM DELIVER!!! ALWAYS CHECK EVERYTHING!!!They delivered the wrong mattress, when called they blamed me said I should have checked the receipt, then found out the mattress I wanted was not in stock so was offered a different mattress, also had missing pieces to the bed frame. Store manager was rude and felt very rushed. Will update when or if issued are resolved

COMPLETE RIPOFF I ended up spending over $2,000 fir a sofa set that was advertised for under $1,000 and was worth $200. It literally lasted 2 months before it started falling apart. This pace should be shut down. People work hard for their money and shouldn't be taken advantage of like this. To save your credit you just have to pay it off. I'm thinking about protesting outside of the location where i purchased my furniture, People have the right to know before they waste their money here

Overall I am happy with my furniture i purchased, but on the store in *****'s behalf they are awful. We came in last week to buy furniture, One sales associate said let me check on that for you and we wait maybe half an hour and he never comes back. A second sales associate approaches us, We tell him we had been helped but the first guy never came back so we let him know what all we wanted to buy.
