If I could leave no stars I would. I have found the items I wanted to buy from the ****** *************************** location. I went to the store to do my own measurements after buying our home. Once there I was never once asked if I needed help or assistance. I found my merchandise and had the money. While others were just being walked around and asking questions I had already selected my items took pictures with my phone so I can show the cashier the sku numbers. I posted a few weeks ago about our very bad experience with this store, to give them some credit they sent us a check for $155.00, however, July 4th we came home from shopping and everything in our freezer had melted, the fridge was delivered 6/17/21, 3 weeks later I'm in the same situation as when I went in 6/14, no working fridge. I ordered a couch online on June 24th. In the order confirmation email i was promised a call back within 24 hours to schedule delivery. I emailed their customer service on June 30th, and have not heard back from them, or gotten a call. I will be calling for a refund.

How many bad customer reviews are you looking for, I rather file a complaint if that is going to get things done right. Like most of the reviews, this company has the worst team ever, no one knows what's really going on, but they all have a lie for you, a cover up, the system down, that's their favorite. so is anyone working? if the system is down. I recently bought a GE range from the West Palm Beach, FL, American Freight (Okeechobee Blvd). Marty was wonderful! He understood I had a very limited budget and showed me the best I could afford. I am out so much money. The delivery drivers couldn’t get my sofa into my very large basement. They damaged several walls, ceiling, banister, and door trying to make it fit. I ended up sending the sofa back for a refund. We found the exact same sofa and my son easily got it down without a single issue. The doors, stairs and hallway are big enough. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE My experience was as follows: On 6/8/2021 myself and my significant other went into the Decatur, GA Store to purchase Sofa, loveseat, recliner, bunkbeds and Rug. these items were paid for via the finance options. I paid for furniture over a year ago and got the warranty on it so when the couches stopped working right I used my warranty and they approved it and told me to go in the store to pick a new set or the same on well since the store no longer carries the same set I picked one a little different with a cheaper price so Alex told me he will put in the order for my set and it should be in but April 23rd so I told him that was fine, that day came and went a month past and I called and asked about it and now they no longer have a d... read more

We bought this refrigerator on March 14th of 2021 and by the 18th. it quit working. They have sent out 4 different service people and they tell us it is fixed but then it never get to temp. Our refrigerator has never gotten below 50 degrees. we have lost almost 3000.00 in food which they do not want to reimburse us for. I will never recommend any of Sears products after all of the problems we have had with this and all the money we have lost.
