I am very unhappy. Bought dishwasher on line , called to see when I could pick it up. Was told they didn't have one after all and gave me a number to call about a refund. Called the new number and have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. I will never buy anything from here again. I feel scammed.

I had gotten a refidgeator from them a week ago and i havent recieved the item and the delivory person claims that they came to my house to deliver the item and they claim they called me and they havent the only thing that i recieved from them was a text message saying that my item is on the way and the tracker is way off and now i got told it will be delivered tomorrow im never buying anything from them again

Bad business ethics. I purchased a refrigerator from American Freight on 2/20/2021. They came to deliver on that following Monday but couldn't get up the driveway because their "tires were bald".. Rescheduled delivery and they couldn't fit through front door and it was too snowy to bring to back door which was bigger. I purchased the 5 year warranty for my couch and loveseat set. Haven't had them two years and they were falling apart. I went into the store for direction on how to start the claim process and the employee didn't seem to be very thrilled to help me out. He printed the information I thought I needed and sent me on my way.. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy their furniture and if you do, DO NOT WASTE your money on the extended warranty! It’s a complete sham! I purchased almost $2000 “leather” furniture— reclining chair, loveseat and sofa, all to have the “leather” peel away after only 2 years. I submitted to have the insurance replace it because the warranty was out and they denied the claim stating that the leather peeling was a manufacturer flaw and they don’t cover that!
I ordered furniture from this store on 3/12/21. They came to deliver it and it wouldn’t fit through the doors so they took it back. On 3/21/21 reordered something different and that too which they tried to deliver and it wouldn’t fit. So after the 2nd failed attempt I wanted a refund. Never order anything from them. Ordered something in November 2020. Called 6 times and was given the same runaround each time I called. April 2021 I have called twice for a refund and you guessed it the same runaround. Awful customer service.

I wishI could give negative stars! I purchased a sectional from them in December 2020 and also purchased a protection plan. We noticed a cigarette burn on a cushion once unloading it at home, called them and entered forms on the site several times, nothing.
