Charged my credit card 3 times on one purchase worst costumer service always the same run around 2 months still haven’t gotten a refund same bs reply waiting on corporate to refund the money

American Freight records indicate one charge to card ending in Visa card refunded on 1/2/21 per customer request and one financing offer that was also voided same day per customer request. Store records indicate customer picked up the merchandise so one charge is valid and was applied to the card by the bank. If there is dispute of that charge, please contact us to resolve.
We ordered a LG Refrigerator, it arrived with a broken compressor and we lost all of our food.The repairman said that the "new" unit dated back to 2013 and that it came from someones house with a crayon stuck underneath the unit.The compressor did not work and the parts were not from the factory.We did get our money back and was paid for food loss.I told American Freight I was calling the Attorney Generals office & Consumer Affairs.The repairman talked to the lady at American Freight and said this place was ripping off peopl... read more

Where do I start? My grandparents had an appointment for their couch to be delivered Tuesday. Some background here is my grandmother who has dementia will NOT sleep anywhere else but the couch. Explaining this to the manager, Raymond, he seemed to not care and proceeded to shut me down on everything I said. He had 1 week between order date and time of delivery to cancel and reschedule. American freight took my hard earned money and delivered a non working laundry unit which had a big hole in the drum it flooded my whole floor, this was supposed to be a new unit. They sent out another one which also doesn’t work. I have called the store as well as customer service which is based off shore all they do is just call the same store that I had just called. This place is HORRIBLE. I was very clear when I ordered a BOX SPRING. What they gave me was a box made out of crappy wood. It literally just cracked when a small person laid on the bed. Of course through the thick plastic it looked normal so we brought it home. Once we removed the plastic it was a joke. When I called they said if I removed the plastic they couldnt help me. Brought many things from American freight. I brought couch and love seat, bedroom set, and beds. I loved their furniture and it lasted a while. Accept for this last piece. My husband and I brought a sectional (black with blue and black pillows) the sales man said it would be great because we have a dog. He jabbed a pen in the display Sectional and puked it out.
